Support that feels human
About Take Care Health Services
Take Care Health Services was never meant to be a business — it began as something quieter: a responsibility we felt long before we had language for it.
Our grandfather was deaf and mute. Watching him live in a world that rarely slowed down taught us that being “heard” isn’t always about sound — it’s about whether someone is willing to truly see you.
Later, our uncle was diagnosed as autistic. We saw how often systems failed to recognise him, and how damaging inconsistency can be — not just for the person receiving support, but for the whole family.
That’s why TakeCare was created.
This Is Personal
This work isn’t about doing “just enough.” It’s about showing up when it matters — with calm presence, patience, and reliability. We care deeply because we grew up loving people who needed care.
Our Experience
Before TakeCare existed, we worked directly as NDIS support workers and in the childcare sector — roles that demand empathy and emotional awareness. We don’t come from theory. We come from practice.
A Promise We Take Seriously
Being family-run means we don’t distance ourselves from responsibility. If someone is anxious, we slow down. If something isn’t working, we stay and fix it.No one is just a shift. No one is invisible.
Why We Exist
We exist to protect something fragile and important: people’s sense of safety — the kind that helps someone breathe easier and lets families rest.
This isn’t a service to us. It’s a responsibility we carry — with care.
